A wonderful
Algarve quad bike tour, that begins with full
guidance and safety tuition. The quad trail commences from
base, heading north of Albufeira towards
Tunes. We travel along tarmac before driving our quads off
road where you will see small, unspoilt, rural Portuguese
houses. Make sure to wave at the locals, as they love to see
our quads pass by! We may even come across a herd of goats
which is always fun! |
| Once we reach the
pit of a mountain we head north, upwards and onwards. We
always choose a route suitable and tailored to the group´s
skill set; for those seeking adventure we will drive our
4x4 quad bikes down a steep, challenging
slope or, if the group includes less experienced
quad riders, we
will choose a less demanding route. Whichever way we go, our
quads will cross terrain covered by the Algarve’s beautiful
plants, which we will of course point out and identify for
you. |

On the mountain top you
will see some stunning scenery so please ensure you have
your camera at the ready. One view looks out over the
picturesque Algarve village of Alte, another shows you just
how far our quads will have travelled –
Albufeira and Portimao are in the distance and it’s a truly
amazing site! |
| After a
short stop at a typical Portuguese café, our quads head back
towards Albufeira. On the way, we pass a small orange
plantation where you can smell and touch the wonderful
eucalyptus tree – it has such an intensive aroma. Passing
through more rural terrain, with its traditional houses and
stunning views, our quad group continues
its trek back to base. A true Algarve adventure;
family fun is our goal and we always endeavour to provide a
quad biking experience to be remembered! |
